Registration for the MEA conference is open to members, non-members and we now have a registration category for multiple registrations to allow companies to share registrations.  Please note that conditions do apply for this registration category.  Refer to the conference terms and conditions below.

Registration includes:

   Access to the conference business program
   Tea and coffee breaks and lunch  (Monday and Tuesday)
   Ticket to the welcome reception  (Sunday evening)*
   Ticket to the casual night  (Monday evening)*
   Ticket to the Gala Awards Dinner  (Tuesday night)*
   Access to Club MEA  (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights)

Day Registration includes:

   Access to the conference business program
   Tea and coffee breaks and lunch  (on day of registration)

* Additional tickets are available for the social events – complete the Additional Tickets section on the registration form.

Terms & Conditions

Registration Cancellations

A strict cancellation policy will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing to Meetings & Events Australian at meaconference@mea.org.au.

The following charges will apply for cancellations:
– Before 28 February 2017 full refund less $55 administration fee will be charged
– From 1 March to 31 March 2017 full refund less $110 administration fee will be charged.
– After 31 March 2017 will not receive a refund however a substitute will be accepted from the same organisation.  This notification must be received before 18 April 2017 in writing.

All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Corporate Registrations

Corporate registrations are being offered to allow organisations to share registrations with a number of staff members.

Badges will be printed with the company name only.

Organisations must take responsibility for managing the name badges as only three badges will be printed per corporate registration and MEA will not be reissuing replacements.

Registrations must be made on one form.  Single registrations cannot be converted to a Corporate.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects.

MEA and its organisers will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants or accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference delegates either during or as a result of attending the conference or pre-conference tours.

Access to Conference

Entry to the business sessions and social functions will be by badge or tickets only.  Delegates must have their badge to gain access.  There will be security checking badges throughout the venue.
